Kylie graduated with a degree in Social Anthropology in 1998 and a PgDip in Cultural Management in 2000. She has spent the last 25 years working in the cultural sector, with a strong interest in engaging communities and a passionate belief in the value of the arts for all. She was a freelance project manager, working for a number of companies across the region, and internationally. Kylie was Director of Participation at Northern Stage from 2002 – 2017. She was Community Arts Manager and then Festivals, Events and Cultural Engagement Manager at Durham County Council from 2017 – 2023.
Kylie joined balletLORENT in November 2023.
