Career: Freelance work -Janis Claxton, Simon Birch, Tamsyn Russell and Gary Clarke. James joined Scottish Dance Theatre in 2016 under the direction of Fleur Darkin. There he had the opportunity to work with and perform pieces by choreographers Damien Jalet, Sharon Eyal, Anton Latchky, Colette Sadler and Fleur Darkin. In 2019 James joined Michael Keegan Dolan’s company Teac Damsa for the creation of MÁM. The show premiered at Dublin theatre festival and has since performed at Sadler's Wells, Perth Festival Western Australia and New Zealand Festival in Wellington.
