In 2023, balletLORENT celebrates 30 years of extraordinary dance.
To start the year off, we’ve created a brand-new dance performance which we’ll be capturing on film when we unveil it for the first time in January.
And we’d love you to be there.
Our group of amazing dancers will be pushing themselves to their physical and emotional limits in what promises to be one of balletLORENT’s most adventurous, exciting and beautiful works yet.
Taking inspiration from iconic images of dancers throughout the 20th Century, the performances will be starting our anniversary celebrations in style.
This extraordinary new piece will be performed and filmed over two nights at a city centre venue in Newcastle on Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 January, so save the date. There’ll be live music before the show and a chance to enjoy a drink too, making for a great way to celebrate our first performance in our 30th anniversary year.
