In celebration of International Women’s Day 2023 our new short film Im possible.

What a privilege for all of us as choreographers when a dancer chooses us back. 

To build upon layers of shared endeavour and discovery is my favourite way to be inspired. 

I loved Gwen Berwick as a dancer at first sight. Neither of us would have predicted the amount projects to come, and I always felt lucky to have her in every balletLORENT production.

She is a rare and beautiful woman who can become a Queen, a Witch, a mythical creature , a bombshell and a fawn or a sheep at will. She has been all this for me and more. It is a gift to work with another female artist over a long period of time, and grow in experience together. 

I look forward to more artistic adventures together. Thank you Gwen.
